Brief Bio
Laura Gangelhoff is the co-owner and Director of Operations at Tropo, where she leads delivery for nonprofit and college access clients. Before starting the firm with her husband JJ, she spent nearly a decade in college access, student affairs, and nonprofit operations and systems work. Laura has seen firsthand what breaks when a Salesforce org outgrows the person who built it. She builds systems client teams can run without a consultant on retainer. She holds a master's degree in student affairs and works out of Kennesaw, Georgia.
