JJ Gangelhoff is the founder and Principal Solution Architect at Tropo, where he leads solution design for mid-market and enterprise organizations. Over 11 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, he has architected platform solutions across telecom, manufacturing, and financial services, including managing a $4.5M consulting portfolio and leading a $1.5M multi-org merge at Bluewolf, an IBM Company. He designs for the long term, favoring standard platform capabilities over custom builds so the systems he delivers stay maintainable long after the project closes. JJ works out of Kennesaw, Georgia.
